Refund - Returns Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after placing your order to request a return. We must be notified within 21 days from date of purchase if you wish to return goods. We cannot accept goods that have been opened and/or the goods are damaged upon their return.

We only accept returns for goods that are unopened and in original and undamaged condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-opened and in its original packaging and condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

RETURN PROCESS, RETURN ADDRESS
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@sealersonline.com.au within 21 days from date of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 
Sealers Online, U5, 5 Clerke Place, Kurnell, NSW, 2231, Australia 

Any return will be at the Customers expense and responsibility. Unopened goods will be refunded less a 20% handling fee and less the cost of freight once goods are received in good order and condition. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Goods must be returned to the Sydney warehouse at your cost. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, specials, special orders, customised items, opened goods or goods returned not in original packaging or damaged. Also items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Goods will then be returned to you with an applicable freight cost or discarded without any refund to the customer.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD AND REFUNDS
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any return will be at the Customers expense and responsibility. Unopened goods will be refunded less a 20% handling fee and less the cost of freight once goods are received in good order and condition.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
