XTREMECLEAN+ Heavy Duty Stone, Tile and Grout Cleaner & Degreaser

XtremeClean+, formulated with latest cutting edge Active Plus Antibacterial Action Technology, is a professional grade, highly concentrated, high alkaline cleaner, degreaser, sanitiser and commercial grade disinfectant. Helps kill odours, disinfects, sanitises plus helps remove heavy dirt, grease, grime, soap scum, wax, oil, mildew, porcelain wax and floor finishes.

Works on: hard surfaces including porcelain, ceramic and encaustic tiles, terrazzo, grout, concrete, terracotta, saltillo, pavers, mosaics (stone, metal & glass), engineered stone, natural stone e.g. bluestone, granite, marble, limestone and travertine etc.

Test first: always test first in an inconspicuous area to determine ease of application, dilution rate, colour stability and desired results. The end user must determine suitability of the product for their own use.

Always add XtremeClean+ to clean water to prevent splashing. Dilute depending on cleaning requirements.

1. Sweep, vacuum or wipe the surface
2. Dilute depending on cleaning requirements (see dilution rates)
3. Carefully apply the diluted solution to the surface
4. Allow a minimum dwell time of 10 minutes
5. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface - add more
6. Scrub with a white nylon pad, scrub brush or scrub machine
7. Remove the dirty solution with a wet vac or mop
8. Rinse thoroughly with clean water
9. Repeat the process as necessary

Quick guide: dilute depending on cleaning requirements; apply the diluted solution to the surface; after the appropriate dwell time, scrub the surface. For dirty grout joints, scrub with a grout brush; remove the dirty solution with a wet vac then rinse; the surface is now clean and disinfected.

• Read the entire label, SDS and technical bulletin before using
• Wear appropriate gloves, skin and eye protection
• Do not kneel in product or allow skin contact
• Do not breathe fumes, mist, vapours or spray
• Use when surface temperature is between 4°C and 32°C
• Do not allow contact with non recommended surfaces
• Do not mix with other chemicals
• May affect some dark grouts and also grout colourants
• Hard surface disinfectant only. Do not use on skin
• Regular use of high alkaline cleaners can affect performance of sealers, coatings, grout colourants and floor finishes
• Do not use undiluted. May dull or discolour some surfaces

Handling, storage & clean up:

• Close container tightly after each use and keep upright
• Store locked up in original container in a well ventilated cool area and protect from sunlight
• Do not re-use container. Rinse and discard in rubbish
• Clean tools and clothing with water before they dry
• Use before the use by date. Use beyond that time does not necessarily mean the product is not usable. Do a small test area first

First aid: immediately contact the Poisons Centre (Australia Ph: 131-126, NZ Ph: 0800 764-766) or a doctor.

• Ingestion: rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting
• Eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing
• Clothes: remove contaminated clothing and wash before use
• Skin & hair: wash with plenty of soap and water
• Inhalation: remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a comfortable position for breathing
• General: if any irritation persists get medical advice
